So what is Eden Events all about?

If you and I have known each other for a while, you have probably seen me talk about embodiment, intimacy, and the kind of connection that feels both grounded and alive. What you might not know is that recently I also co created something called Eden Events. Until now, it has mostly lived in workshop spaces, private conversations, and the hands of the people who have stepped into it - myself, and a gorgeous soul Rachel. This feels like the right moment to bring it into the light and share what it actually is.

Eden Events is a collective of workshops, temples, and retreats that grew out of a simple noticing.

People are hungry for spaces where they can explore sexuality and embodiment without feeling judged, rushed, or pushed into someone else’s version of awakening.

There are plenty of offerings out there, yet very few that feel genuinely spacious, trauma aware, and created for real humans with real lives. We wanted to build something that met that need.

So we created Eden Events, a garden of sorts - an evolving garden of eros. A place where reverence and play sit side by side. Where consent is woven into every interaction. Where people can be beautifully human, not polished or perfect. Where you get to choose your own pace and your own adventure. The culture behind Eden holds all of this. It draws on myth, archetype, embodiment, and the belief that sexuality is a remarkable teacher when held with care.

Why We Created It

We kept hearing the same longings in different voices. People wanting deeper connection. People wanting to feel at home in their bodies. People carrying old stories that sit between them and their pleasure or power. We wanted to offer experiences that invite more presence, more freedom, and more choice. Not through performance or pressure, but through creating a space where people can breathe, explore, and return to their own knowing.

Eden is built on values that matter to us. Presence. Play. Sovereignty. Belonging. Diversity. Inclusion. Consent as a living practice. These are not accessories to the work, they are the soil everything grows from.

Who We Are

Eden is shaped by a small team of humans who care deeply about this field. Facilitators who respect both the wild and the tender. People with lived experience in sexuality, intimacy, somatics, and holding groups through big and subtle shifts. We are committed to trauma awareness, body positivity, and creating environments where people feel respected and celebrated.

We each bring our own flavour. Mythic storytelling. Embodiment practices that feel nourishing. Moments of cheek and laughter. Invitations to explore the edges while staying connected to your own choices. We do this because we love it and because we have seen what happens when people are given a space that genuinely supports them.

What Eden Events Offers

Our retreats are designed with women over thirty in mind, supporting deep rest, reclamation, and connection. Our workshops and temples welcome all genders and are crafted with openness, clarity, and a grounded approach to conscious sexuality. Everything is held with care and spaciousness so the work feels accessible for people who are new to embodiment and enriching for those already exploring.

Eden is not about performing perfection. It is about real humans being real humans, with curiosity and courage. It is about listening to the body, meeting yourself in new ways, and tasting the richness that comes when you feel genuinely met.
